Three Words for Goodbye ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Three Words for Goodbye by Hazel Gaynor and Heather Webb
| Great Cover Fabulous Fur Coat! |
G👀dreads
Genre: Historical Fiction, Travel, WWII, Romance
Circa: 1937
Side Note: Heather Webb wrote The Next Ship Home which I loved ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐.
She also co-authored Christmas with the Queen with Hazel Gaynor which was only ⭐⭐⭐for me. It was a nice Christmassy Romance Story but I felt like a bait and switch because the Queen only had a bit part.

Tidbits 💻 I completely LOVED this book. Dying Grandmother's last wishes, sisters navigating a difficult relationship, family secrets, American girls traveling Europe via The Queen Mary, the Orient Express, and the Hindenburg. I can't recommend this book enough. It quickly made its way to the top of my five star favs.

UPDATE: I posted a recommendation in one of my HF FB groups. The responses were favorable and people who read it agreed it was good except that one. In the "there's one in every crowd" department someone said she only gave it 2 stars because she thought it was "predictable".
I think after reading/listening to many, many books, there isn't much that is NOT predictable anymore. In this book they had a few surprises along the way carrying out their grandmother's wishes that I didn't find predictable at all. Plus we know what happened to the Hindenburg. That wasn't a prediction, that was historical fact.
Once again, not every book is for every person.
