Goodreads:

This sweeping novel follows a young Anglo-Indian nurse who embarks on a journey from her home in Bombay, through Prague, Florence, Paris, and London, to uncover a mystery and prove her innocence after a famous painter dies in her care.

Another review said it's a little slow until the 30% mark and then it takes off and never slows down
I'm not one to muddle through waiting so we'll see.

It was a good one! I don't agree that it was slow in the beginning. I feel the pace as good.

Sona's artist patient-turned-friend Mira dies under her care and Sona loses her job under suspension that it is her fault. Mira left her a note and asked Sona to deliver three paintings. She's lived a sheltered life and this sets her on a journey through Germany, Italy, France. She takes us with her on the eye opening adventure, full of ups and downs, through Europe to carry out her friend's wishes.
