I don't rate books that I don't finish, but I will say WHY when I've gone past the 20% mark.

I gave it 20% because it sounded interesting but...

Could not do 13 hours of the audiobook. She doesn't sound very confident for as bad @$$ as the FMC is supposed to be. Like ending every sentence with a question mark.
I also felt like I was at a slumber party rather than FBI training camp.
